Mike Dalton is a midwest raised, LA based, director of photography. His work spans commercials, documentaries, music videos, and narrative projects.

With each project, Mike aims to light and create a look that not only compliments the story/product/person/etc., but also uniquely enhances and pushes the visuals wherever possible. His lighting style is mostly influenced by and rooted in naturalism but is often tempted to be pushed slightly out of the ordinary. Having some past experience as an editor, and still having a love for the craft, is something that has greatly influenced his shooting style and approach with every project.
